We are currently seeking a skilled Medical Coder & Biller to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our day-to-day operations.​Job Summary:Teamficient is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Remote MEP Drafter to join our growing team. This role focuses on creating high-quality technical drawings for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems using Revit. You will collaborate remotely with engineers and project managers to develop accurate and compliant plans for various construction and renovation projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop precise 2D and 3D MEP drawings using Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.Prepare layouts, schematics, single-line diagrams, and detailed plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Collaborate with MEP engineers, project managers, and other team members to gather design input and ensure drawing accuracy.Revise and update plans based on feedback and maintain documentation of changes.Ensure compliance with local codes, company standards, and industry regulations.Perform clash detection within the BIM environment and conduct quality checks.Use cloud-based tools for file sharing, communication, and project coordination.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) required.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in MEP drafting.Strong expertise using Revit for MEP projects (this is mandatory).In-depth understanding of MEP systems, layouts, and construction practices.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.Experience with BIM coordination is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Note: Architects will not be considered for this position.
