Spora has the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Commercial Leader to drive our expansion in LATAM and Europe, consolidating our B2B and B2C business lines in their first year in market. This role blends strategy and execution: you will support global advisors in the design of the commercial roadmap, while being directly involved in its implementation, opening markets, building client relationships, analyzing opportunities, and ensuring processes turn into tangible results.
This role is for you if you:
Hold a degree in Business/Industrial Engineering or related fields, with +4 of experience in commercial, business development, or strategy roles (ideally in high-growth startups, luxury sector, fashion, retail, or sustainable materials).
Bring strong commercial finance skills (pricing, P&Ls, demand & sales forecasting, profitability analysis).
Have proven experience in B2B/B2C client development and are motivated by a dynamic, global, high-standards environment.
Are skilled at coordinating teams and vendors across countries.
Have advanced English (spoken and written).
Are organized, autonomous and proactive, able to prioritize in fast-paced contexts.
Global Markets responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Go-to-Market
UK/EU Market: Support global advisors in defining target markets, client segments, and product roadmaps.
LATAM Market: Lead the development and execution of Spora’s commercial roadmap, driving market entry, building partnerships, and ensuring successful product launches.
Client & Market Development
Prospect and manage key accounts, lead partnerships and negotiations, and ensure client feedback’s communication across Spora’s teams.
Team Coordination
Coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Production, and Finance to deliver the commercial roadmap.
Supervise the quality of B2B materials and B2C product launches.
Financial & Operational Management
Develop P&Ls by business line, set pricing, build forecasts, and monitor performance
Oversee inventory and assess the financial viability of new products.
