Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling inquiries, managing check-in and check-out processes, resolving issues and complaints, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers onboard the cruise ship.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet guests, provide information about the ship and its amenities, and address their needs or concerns.
Check-in/Check-out:
Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, verifying information and assigning staterooms.
Problem Resolution:
Listen to and effectively resolve guest complaints or issues, acting as a liaison between the guest and other departments.
Information Management:
Maintain accurate guest records, handle billing inquiries, and manage various administrative tasks related to guest services.
Communication:
Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, colleagues, and other departments.
