We are seeking a technically skilled professional with strong experience in demanding industrial environments, combining hands-on leadership, results orientation, and expertise in the maintenance of extrusion, thermoforming, labeling, and printing machinery.

🔎 Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans to ensure operational continuity.
Lead a team of approximately 20 technicians, promoting technical development, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Manage on-site interventions, troubleshoot failures, and conduct root cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
Coordinate activities with production, engineering, and external contractors, optimizing resources and equipment availability.
Maintain accurate records and management reports (MTTR, MTBF) while ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards (BRC, HACCP, ISO).
Participate in projects focused on reliability improvement, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
